Service Area
We deliver 50 miles — and pickup is always free
Out of Dodgeville: the Driftless, the lower Wisconsin River valley and the Madison area. Further out than that, come and get it and the haul costs you nothing.
Delivery rates
Within 10 miles of the rental yard: a flat $20.
Out to 50 miles: $2 per mile from the yard. That covers the Madison area, the lower Wisconsin River valley and most of the Driftless.
Delivery is priced each way. Drop-off and collection are charged separately, so a delivered rental carries two delivery charges rather than one.
Further than 50 miles? Still talk to us. At that range the haul is worth a conversation rather than a formula, and it depends on the machine and what else we have moving that week.
Collecting it yourself is always free
There is no pickup fee and no distance limit on it. Bring a truck and trailer rated for the machine and you pay for the rental and nothing else — whether you are coming from Ridgeway or from the far side of the state.
The excavator needs a real trailer. Everything else fits in a pickup bed or a small utility trailer. Weights and what you need to haul each machine →

Not sure whether you are in range? Use the checker, or reach out and we will confirm.
Distances here are measured straight-line, so road miles run a little longer and the figure is a floor rather than a final price. We confirm the exact charge when we follow up.
Towns we deliver to
Straight-line from the yard, so road miles run a little longer. Not on the list? It probably still works — check the address above, and remember collection is free wherever you are.
